Set of four, Danish modern, model 191, upholstered dining chairs, designed by Danish designer Finn Juhl for France & Søn and retailed in the US by John Stuart features seats that appear as though they are floating within the minimal teak frames. The chairs are newly upholstered in a soft sage green chenille.
Finn Juhl is widely considered one of the greatest Danish designers of the mid-twentieth and an innovator of Danish style. His furniture designs have been collected by museums such as the Museum of Modern Art, the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, the National Museum in Stockholm, and more.
