This antique, industrial, artist rendering easel or drafting table features a 24" x 22", solid oak top on a tilt and height adjustable, cast iron pedestal base with the Washburn Shops maker's mark. The height is adjustable from 30" - 42" and the tilt is adjustable from vertical to horizontal. Washburn Shops was a metal factory started in 1896 in Worcester, MA by Ichabod Washburn. The factory has been preserved and is part of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute's campus. Own a small piece of American industrial history with this handsome and versatile easel.
