This custom industrial, cantilever table is created by cityFoundry for our cFsignature line of bespoke, limited-edition furniture. The table features a vintage cast iron machine base by the Burke Machine Tool Company, Conneaut, Ohio supporting a stained, 1.75" reclaimed maple block top with exposed fastener detail. The machine base is heavy enough to support an offset, cantilever position and can be bolted or weighted further for even more stability. This show-stopping custom table offers rich industrial character and history with the flexibility to work for many uses such as dining table, desk or work table.
The maple top is finished and the iron base is brushed while retaining their original character.
