Set of five, Danish Modern, model 49, dining chairs designed by Erik Buch for Sorø Stolefabrik feature rosewood frames with upholstered seats and backs. The model 49 chairs are desirable for their simple yet attractive construction that offers a very comfortable seating experience with elegant floating seats and angled backrests. The chairs have been refinished and reupholstered in a muted green and tan nubby striped cotton. The original maker's mark is present.
