This is a circa 1915 "Uhl Art Steel" tall industrial rolling extension task desk manufactured by Toledo Metal Furniture Co. It's four-legged steel base with centrally located patented “spider” support contains a fully functional lever used to raise or lower the specially made casters to roll or lock in place. It features an oak table top with leaf extension that expands to 34.5 inches wide. It's a great piece of industrial history that's easily moveable and ready for a multitude of uses.
The base is in original condition. The oak top has been refinished.
